I refinanced my mortgage with Queen City Mortgage a couple years ago. I was thrilled with the service. Jim went above and beyond to find me the best rate possible, which will save my lots of money in the long run. I also greatly appreciated being kept in the loop. If I was given an estimate that I would hear something back in a week, I would- even it if was to let me know there was no news and we needed to wait longer. Any time I hear of a friend buying a house or refinancing, I always refer them to Queen City Mortgage!
