my experience today just a few minutes ago was POOR. i am a long time customer. in fact before td bank became td bank. toaday the teller on duty asked me if i was a customer when i gave him a 20 dolllar bill and asked for 10 ones and 10 dollar bills .i had just gotten cash from the atm machine. I then, went on the line to get change of the 20. if the bank is the most Convenient why did he ask that? if i was not a customer would i have not gotten change of the 20? that would not be CONVENIENT. why am i so angry? this is the 3 rd time it has happened to me with this very same teller..when i told him that he said he does not know all the customers in the bank. It has never happened to me with any other teller.

This bank employs the most absolutely obnoxious Assistant Store Manager alive. Anita Cohen We were treated terribly by this judgemental woman in every conversation. She was proud to tell us that we would never get anyone on the phone to help with our account. It turn she is speaking of herself, not wanting to help us. Finaggleingly laughing at us. Carried an isubordnant smurk and continued to tell us how she had to hurry up her for lunch break. She even laughed at me insulting my intelligence. Terrible woman.

After 20 years of being a customer, since Commerce Bank, this bank has adopted defensive banking practices limiting services to only those that profit while it attempts to compete unsuccessfully. What was built upon the common worker now is no longer convenient nor pleasant.!
