About six months ago, I started banking at Telco, and not once since then, I have had any issues. Even with a less than "fair" credit score, they aided in getting me a car loan and a credit card. Tia, at the Tunnel Road location, was a dream in talking me through how to build my credit and be more in control of my financial situation. I am thankful to have found a bank more interested in my well being, rather than theirs. A new chapter of my life has been opened, and Telco was right there beside me to help me out. I have referred friends and family, and will continue to do so!

I never had an issue with BoA, but was always getting reminders or threats of fees that could happen in the mail or when I signed on. It was like banking in fear. Switched to Telco about 5 years ago, and now I never worry. Friendly service at either of the branches I use and the Cash Points ATM is always free and they are everywhere!!!

Left the big banks to come here 4 years ago and have never been happier. Friendly, helpful staff, lower fees, lower rates. I like that when I call them the say, "Hi Ted!", instead of,"may I have your ss#." I have a business and personal account as well as a truck loan and a credit card (for emergencies). I highly recommend them.

Management straight up lied to me about online banking. He would not apologize either and mentioned I was not a good fit for being a Telco member. Called ahead and was told 30 day wait till I could deposit checks digitally, is actually a 6 month wait.

I had a good experience selling my car to another person and having TELCO handle notarizing the title. I have been banking at TELCO for over 12 years and find that they are an friendly, accurate and economical place to bank.
