the worst customer service i have ever experienced and dont get me started on the fact you cannot reach a person to speak with. Important banking stuff, isnt all banking stuff important for people? Then why the heck would a multi million dollar company not be able to hire a person to answer the stupid phone. HOURS

This financial institution moves at their own pace. They are ridiculously slow. I have been here numerous times for very simple things and have never been able to be in and out. Its always about an hour before I get to speak with someone. DO NOT COME HERE

First, there is no way to contact the local branch without going through the standard customer care hotline. The customer care hotline will keep you on hold for atleast 15min. just to transfer you to the local branch! what a headache!

Services even slower now that they replaced all the people with machines. Plus the material they use for the debit cards make the debit cards fall apart and of course you have to pay every time you have to replace your card.
