As a transporter I come across some pretty terrible places so it is always a nice break to come to a place like IAA Springfield and see smiling faces and nice people. I have nothing but good to say about the service I received the laughs. Everyone was very polite and made a hot long road trip a bit enjoyable. I always like meeting new people and Springfield is now one of my favorite new places to visit. Thank you.

Awesome customer service. Laid back atmosphere the front desk ladies were very helpful and answered all questions I had. They all seemed to joke and make the experience fun. Very helpful and a nice clean place to go. I have seen other auction houses by far the cleanest and friendliest.

Unprofessional staff members that work at this location. They do not give customers correct information on payments and are rude as well. I will be looking into other auctions and will avoid this one from now on.
