i put in a loan application over 2 weeks ago, every time they told me i would get a call at said date and time, i never got a call, they "deleted" my pay stubs, and proceeded not to call me in efforts for get them back. and i had to call back to find out what happened with my loan 2 days after they said they would call me, (for the 3rd time) Thannks APGFCU, you guys screwed me over.

This is the worst company to deal with. I have tried calling so many times only to be put on hold for over 40 minutes each time to no avail. Do not recommend this bank/credit union. I will stick with Navy Federal. I rate this company a negative 10
