During both the purchase and subsequent refinance of our home, they were patient, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to really learn about our needs. In addition, when I needed to locate some tax records from 2005 and 2006 that had been lost, their team commenced a laborious search through their archives and found the information that I needed to replace my own lost records. That was above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Jeff, and the rest of the Cobalt Mortgage team, to ANYONE who needs to obtain a new or refinanced mortgage. Seriously mind-blowing good service!

I went in for a general inquiry and I was told the next day, Jeff would get back to me. The following day, I got a call, he told me the best option for me and my situation and gave me a run down of what I need to do. He forwarded a list of what I would need so I could start right away. I submitted something incorrectly and he got to me right away to confirm and help correct it. Within a few days with his assistance, everything was turned in. He was really responsive, even on the weekends which was amazingly helpful. The process went super smooth and I felt like I could contact him with any questions. He made a scary process not so scary at all.
