Never EVER in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would have just closed on my first home! Unfortunately I had horribly misused my credit in the past. Only by the grace of God and the knowledge of Stuart, Vicki, Mike and other staff at Butler mortgage was I able to close! Where do I begin? Butler Mortgage made the home purchasing experience an enjoyable one. I was terrified to even think about buying a home, but this company always had the time to answer my questions, worries and doubts! Casey and Lori were both so easy to come to when I needed assistance with something. They also were very clear on what needed to be done and they walked me through the entire process. This was my first time buying a home and if I am ever to buy another, I would definitely use Butler Mortgage again. Professional, excellent customer service and full of great information. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5 stars!

We used Butler Mortgage in June 2016 when we decided we wanted to start looking for a house. Barbara Bowling was the first person we spoke to. She helped walk us through every step of the way. Chris and Cassie also helped. Barbara spent her Saturday off writing us an approval letter so we could put a strong offer on our dream house. Chris was very patient and helpful answering all our questions. They are a great team to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or even refinance. I was renting a townhouse and the property manger called me one day and said the owner wanted to sell. They gave me first option to buy or I had 60 days to move out. I was not prepared for this.
