Unlike banks, this credit union pays for your buisness. ATM Fee reimbursment (no charge), higher interest then most, pretty much no minimum balance, easy online banking accessible from anywhere, actual people on the other end of the phone. After moving out of my old town and being tired of the new management at my old bank (which really brough the quality down). I went out looking for a new place to invest. I remember my parents used to have accounts with this credit union about 15 years ago, so I looked them up, liked what I saw and opened 2 accounts. I seriously could not be happier with my choice. The service has been excellent, fees have been non-existant, and the benefits seem endless.

My husband has been a member for 20 years and I have been with them 16 years. The head teller at our local branch has been there the entire time. She knows us by name. As a gay couple they have always treated us like a married couple. It made life so much easier being treated than being considered "Roommates." I cannot say how happy I am to deal with HUMANS on the phone ! I could not be happier !

I went first to add someone to my account and I was asked to basically bring everything and that person with a DNA sample. Went in there on my saturday off just for another rep do all the setup without an issue. Now to change my last name on my own account I have to fill forms and have the joint authorize change. Useless!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another Saturday morning trip soon approaching
