Bad bank after all this time saving at home come to the bank with the expectation want to open the savings account and change almost $ 700 I had in coins and I knocked $ 300 on the machine to change coins and they say they counted all the money and they charge me 2% in the lie machine they stole me because I have a record of my other account changed in pesetas and bellones and stole this is a trick not be fooled by this crap are bank robbers

Having a terrible experience with a personal loan. They issued a check to the wrong institution and address and holding me responsible even though I was not the one who issued the check nor verified the address. I have to sufferer for the staff members (Rebecca) mistake. The so called manager, Juan is a great talker, but is quick to defend his staff members and saying your at fault without knowing the details. **Final Note** Do not recommend applying for any personal loans. My car loan was great with them and had no issues, which was 5 years ago...it may be the staff I dealt with Rebecca and Juan.
