West End Bank seemed like a good place when it came to a car loan. However after my car was totaled it took my insurance company a month to get what they needed from the bank and since my payment was due The bank said make a payment or we will give you a late fee.. they didnt want to wait for the insurance company to process the check after we waited a MONTH for them! Emily Kidd is one of there processors and you wont get much from her thats nice. Its all about money nothing about customer service!!!!!!!

My normal bank(a nationwide bank) was making me jump through hoops for no reason while trying to get approved for an auto loan. I was referred to Westend Bank and went in just to speak with them on a Saturday. They were very friendly and I was pre-approved within 30min. I was also very pleased with how fast and smooth the whole process was.

$10 to pay over phone!? Calling other banks to buy out my loan now! This coming from a bank that I have had two loans with and had my SSN wrong for the first year and a half along with my address it was hell trying to get that fixed and it took me 3 months to get a payment book for my car! never again

quite a bit upset! yesterday I opened a bank account with West End Bank, and was given online login instructions. I just completed login - and was presented with SOMEONE ELSES BANKING INFORMATION! Needless to say, first thing I am going to the bank to close that account!
