I needed a new A/C-heating system and called TNT for an estimate. I ended up hiring them to replace my system, because of their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service from start to finish. Garrett was very professional. He was prompt, and had information printed out on the various levels of systems for me to evaluate. He explained the differences clearly, and advised me what was best overall for my size of house. The installation was done on schedule, and a followup was done to my satisfaction. TNT is a Santee Cooper preferred vendor, and Garrett helped make my dealing with Santee Cooper go smoothly. I would recommend TNT Heating & Air to anyone for their competitive prices, good products and excellent customer service.

Its not everyday you need to completely replace your HVAC... I called several companies around to get quotes ... I cannot tell you how many times I had to leave a message or explained the situation and was told they would call me back.... When I called TNT Chris answered all my questions, went out to my property in less than two hours , called back with a quote and educated me on the entire process. Time was of the essence and they did not disappoint.. I had my new unit in less than a week and never even knew they were there. These guys have their act together... communication was great...

I called my good buddy Garret Teed at TNT Heating and Air and he sent a technician out to our house immediately and our a.c. was back on and running in an hour! Chris was our technician and he was fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone that has heating and Air needs. Not to mention how fair the price was. If I could make a recommendation for you, I would seek another heating company for opinion. The gentleman who came was really nice, but several times kept mentioning billable work versus not billable and that he is doing what he was told, not necessarily what he believes needs to be done.
