When I dropped off my ring a few months back, I stood by the counter for 15 mins while 2 associates socialized. One of them finally asked if I had been helped and then assisted me. When I went to pickup my ring last week, I had a much better experience. TJ and Diane provided excellent customer service. TJ immediately asked if I wanted any water or hot chocolate. There was a small play room for my boys to play in which made it easier for me to talk to the associates about my repair. They were able to meet my needs and showed they care about their customers.

TJ Fourdyce and the staff at the North Olmsted location are outstanding! He spent several hours with me and my husband designing the most STUNNING ring. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I first met TJ when there was a problem with a loose stone in my engagement ring. He moved mountains to make sure that my experience with the North Olmsted location was a positive one. Their selection, combined with their superior customer service, is why I will continue to shop their for all of my jewelry purchases.

my fiance and i had been going there for all of our jewerly needs but as time went on the customer service was horrible. today we went in to give it one last try..it was about 4:00-4:30 and the store was busy but there were at 2 people who were not we walked around that store for 30 minutes and NO ONE said one word to us..I said lets go because apparently our money is not wanted..I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
