I have used Air Solution Heating, Cooling and & Plumbing for a number of years. I have a heat pump and wasted a considerable amount of money on services that had no experience with this type of systems. I purchased a new system (Carrier)from Air Solutions after a couple of years that was more efficient. We had problems with it and eventually they said enough was enough and ordered another unit to replace the new unit that had one part problem after another. The person I worked with for years was Darryll who sold me on the company. I have learned to ask for certain personnel to handle my account to ensure that the person who services my home has experience with the heat pump. This makes a big difference in the service I receive. Currently Sam Northup who is considerate and professional. He has always done a good job for me and explains any questions I may have. I will continue to utilize Air Solutions as I always count on them to take care of my needs and can count on my service technician

I cannot speak about the service that Air Solutions provides, but I can give a testament to the character of the owner. I had a chance to meet and speak with Keith at the Bedlam baseball game at Drillers stadium a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with the passion Keith displayed when speaking about his customers and the importance they held with him and his business. His whole family was very polite and kind. I was very impressed with the conduct of his young (teenage?) sons, in an environment that would lend itself to excitement, they showed everyone around them respect and courtesy. I understand that this may not be the best barometer for a businesses performance but when an owner of a company displays the compassion and discipline that Keith and his family displayed you know that has to reflect into his companies performance. We had both original furnaces replaced and two 10 year old A/C units replaced due to the $2500 x 2=$5000 trade in and the $3000 PSO rebate as it was clear decision cost wise especially with a guarantee of minimum 30% reduction in PSO & ONG costs. Josh did a great job explaining and honoring my desire to talk with my wife. Josh did a great job answering the question of what would be the replacement cost of the 2 A/C units and the required cooling coils upgrade if we choose not to do the furnaces and A/C units. The cost differential was less than $3000 to do the entire systems replacements. So with the likelihood of having to replace one or both 10 yr old A/C units this summer it did make the decision a no brainer. Brian the installer did an outstanding job. Very professional with attention to detail and cleanliness. No pressure but clearly explained.

Air Solutions is ver professional and they do what they say. They inspected my heater and the tech said i needed a new starting capacitor. I told him ok , install it. Then I asked him to inspect the A/C he complied and told me I needed some free on . I said go ahead and install it it. This is when The tech showed me their plans, 1 was 1300.00 a year and ! was 600.00 per year. I said just put in the starting capacitor and add free on, The tech said I have to sign up for a plan. At this time asked what I owed and sent him down the road. Now I need an H - Vac tech to come to my house and install a capacitor and add free on to my A/C compressor. Freakin stupid, I looked up a capacitor $35.00 bucks and how much is freon ? I will not use Air Solution again due to their pricing structure.

Greg was the ultimate professional along with Melody or Melany in the Sand Springs office. I expect honesty and information from a worker and Greg was very forward with what I wanted to know. Greg gave me information I needed in order to care for my Air Conditioner and what caused the problem in the first place. He knew immediately what had happened...Circuit Breaker.. and that told me that he knew what he was doing. I recommend Air Solutions Heating & Cooling to everyone that needs service today and not tomorrow. Melany or Melody went out of her way to be very friendly and understanding and get my wife and I the service we needed. She put her trust in me and I really appreciated that. The same goes for Greg Lee. The Pros do work for ASH&C.

This is the second large job we have trusted to Air Solutions. They installed a new HVAC system almost three years ago and we we extremely pleased with the results. When our water heater started spewing water onto the garage floor we called Air Solutions again. The plumber came out on a Saturday and gave us all the options. He worked all day Saturday by himself in the heat and was unfailingly polite and cheerful. He came back Monday with a crew and worked all day again. The new tankless system works great. The best recommendation I can give is that when my 80 year old mother called and said her toilet was leaking, I told her to call Air Solutions. She did and is happy with the service.

When I needed to replace two units that were 20 years old, my favorite repair guy told me that he had retired, but he recommended Air Solutions. I called and within days I had a detailed proposal that showed me all of the available rebates available from both ONG and PSO. They also came with a 5 year subscription to the twice yearly checkups. I also subscribed for a third unit installed when we did a remodel a couple of years later. I can honestly say that the technicians who have been out to install and later to do the yearly check ups could not be more professional and friendly. They respect your home and leave it just like they found it. Call them if you need any of their services.

Jeff M., the technician who came to my home to determine why my central air system was not functioning was excellent. He listened to my particular situation (fiance died unexpectedly 8 weeks ago today) and helped me evaluate my options for repair versus replacement. He explained to Josh C. my situation and asked that portable air conditioners be brought to my home to get my home as comfortable as possible (90 + degrees downstairs, even worse upstairs...). He even provided local contacts for other services (someone to mow lawn, etc until I am able to manage. I cannot describe how appreciative I am that they were the first (and only of 4 local companies) to return my phone call. Thank you.

In the peak of AC "breakdown season", our AC coil broke (20 + years old). I called Air Solutions, and they were able to send Jeremy out the same day. Jeremy very thorough. He provided me with several options. I did not have to buy a new AC, but rather just a new coil. I am sure the rest of the builder grade AC will be going out in the next few years, but Jeremy said they would be able to use the coil he put in along with the new unit when we have to get one. So he saved us money now and will save us money when we have to get the rest of the new AC. Jeremy is very skilled. He skills along with he good character make him one of the best AC guys I have ever met.

I recently won Air Solutions contest for having the oldest furnace in the Tulsa area (51 years) and the prize was a new furnace, including parts and labor! Mike Bartlett worked with me in a very professional and friendly manner to not only install my new furnace but also update my AC system along with new ductwork I needed for an add on. The crew arrived on time and were good about explaining exactly what they were doing and did a professional, quality installation. I am very pleased with the new system (Trane) and Air Solutions.

On Dec. 18th, I had a repair technician, project mgr, (Mike Bartlett) and an installation crew from Air Solutions at my home pinpointing why I had no heat, explaining the pros & cons of a new HVAC system, calling me within an hour after I purchased a system to tell me they had the unit on hand and would be able to install it the SAME DAY rather than having to wait over a cold weekend. The tech came at the appointed time. He showed me the damaged parts and explained the necessity (yet left it up to me) to repair the items. He stayed on completing the entire job, not just the winter tuneup and checks. A damaged circuit board was replaced at no cost as the tech was sure he mis-wired the safety switch. Honesty is not the best policy with this tech....it is the only policy. They have my trust and my business. I signed up for the Gold Plan. Highly recommend this honest business!

Yours was the only company where the service tech (RICH) found the real problem. First of all he was professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. He did fix the clogged drain and showed us why we were having the problem. He found that the septic was not draining correctly because the discharge pipe was at the same level as the intake piping. After having three separate plumbing companies work on the problem in two weeks...it was great to finally find a PROFESSIONAL company.

I had a problem with Air Solutions but they gave me an honorary years maintenance to show that they not only care but want to make a situation right. And 2 days ago they came out for their first maintenance check, after inspection found an issue, I decided to pay for the extra cost of repair, they did it right then and there. The maintenance person JR was delightful, kind, caring and spot on. I was happy with my service.

I have always had great luck with Air Solutions. I have had communication problems making appointments. Then having to wait for regular maintenance appointments for more than 30 days. Maybe my fault but I should be reminded of my maintenance time a few months in advanced in the future. I still give 5 stars to the people that come out and to the program itself. Hire more people in season to help with your over load.

We had a 20 year old heating and air conditioner units. The air conditioner had been worked on several times but it died last fall. We called Air Solutions and they came out the next day. We decided on which units and they installed them the next day. We are having our ducts cleaned tomorrow. Air Solutions staff was friendly, professional and got the job done. I bought anew ac,hot water heater and a furnace last week.they were all installed on thursday and friday..on sunday my daughter woke to bad gas smell.got in touch with air solution and got a man out to fix the leaks..I will wait till tomorrow to fully grade the install.still working on it
