I cannot help but praise Alex Gorodinsky and his team for their attention and counsel, and for making my dream come true. I purchased a new home a few months ago and obtained my mortgage financing through Carlson Mortgage. I found them by doing a Google search and choosing the company based on their amazing online reviews. My experience with them was highly positive and definitely exceeded my expectations. The loan officer Alex was very thorough, reliable, and honest and walked me through every step involved with buying a home. He was always available to answer all of my questions and made my life incredibly easier and less stressful during the whole process. The mortgage processor Greg, who was assigned to my file, was also very caring and helpful and assisted me with all the necessary paperwork. I got a very good interest rate, my deal closed on time and I am very grateful that I found Carlson Mortgage to help me with my loan approval. This is a strong letter of endorsement / recommendation to process any house loan request through Alex Gorodinsky at Carlson Mortgage. We have obtained a house loan and a refinance through Alex, in the last four years. Each time the process was very quick and timely and the rates met or exceeded anything that we could get elsewhere. Closing was on time with no delays and took only minutes to complete. One of our adult children is shopping for a different house and they processed a pre-approval loan request through Alex and a mortgage firm used frequently by the major realty firm performing their housing search. They had a number of questions about the amount that they could properly finance and the various financial facts that affected what amount that they could intelligently finance. The loan officer responded back on a Saturday and wrote a long email on a Sunday explaining different loan options, including a few realtor names, one of whom I ended up choosing. He kept me well-informed throughout the mortgage process and I was able to close on my new house within 30 days, right in time for my relocation and the start of the new job.
