Getting a Super Jumbo loan can apparently get extremely tedious and painful even with the lender you have a relationship with. As a private client of Chase i expected that i would be issued an approval within about 10 days (as promised by the mortgage specialist). In reality it took over a month to have the commitment issued and oh boy.... they conditioned the heck out of the file. Every attempt in getting a msg through to my mtg guy resulted in more and more headache. My lawyer suggested i call Sam Davidov with Green River. I did. And i am so happy i did. Sam listened to my frustration with Chase and assured me that this would be taken care of in a very expedient manner. He offered me a program where i was able to get 90% financing on my new construction condo in the city. I could not believe that there are still lenders that offer such product nowadays. We applied. 3 days later the commitment was issued. Sam and his processors went over the approval with me and stated that two of the conditions that Sam did not agree with could be disputed. 2 days later, i was thrilled to hear that the underwriter has waived the 2 conditions that Sam disputed and fought on my behalf. I could not believe the force, the determination and the professionalism his team has put into my file. The relationship that this company has with their lenders is incomparable to other brokers and bankers i have worked with in the past (this is my 3rd purchase). i am forever grateful to Green River for their expertise, professionalism and personal attention to my file. we refinanced our mortgage in jan of 2016, with david and his staff and could not experience a better way to do this . david worked with step by step and made sure everything was taken care of fast and took care of everything he could on his own . i coud not be happier with our fefinance. He was an extremely patient and wonderful person. David always responded to my texts and phone calls imediately. A job well done!!!!! I plan on referring David in the future!!!
