I tried to get approved with multiple other lenders but was unable to because of my school loans. I was referred to Yvonne Ponce and her team at Valley West Mortgage and they worked their magic and got me approved at an incredible rate. Yvonne had to leave town for a family emergency right before closing but did not stop working. She continued to push the loan through and got us closed before the original date. She was so professional and kind. This was my first home and the whole new process was very overwhelming and stressful at times. Yvonne kept me posted almost daily on what was happening and always returned my calls and emails quickly. She was always there to calm me down and answer all my questions, no matter how silly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Thanks Yvonne, your the best!!!

Great Company, Very Professional!! I just bought a home and obtained my mortgage loan through Valley West Mortgage. I can’t say how pleased I am with the whole process. From start to finish my loan officer was on top of things. She was super knowlegable and very patient when it came to answering all of my questions (I had a lot of them). I would definitely recommend Valley West Mortgage for their professionalism and great service. I was always able to reach someone and if they weren’t available, I would always receive a call back within the hour. I have received loans from other institutions and none have treated me like this. I am so disappointed in this company. We were looking for them to purchase our home loan and skip a payment. We were told everything was in line and to skip the payment and the notary would be by our house to finalize the paperwork. The notary never showed up, it took a week for the company to get back to us just to tell us they were no longer going to purchase our loan. We are totally in a bind now because they could not communicate the information to us properly. Sad.

Better than expected! I recently purchased my home through Valley West Mortgage and thigs actually turned out better than I expected. My loan closed ahead of time, my rate was the same as what was quoted in the beginning and my closing costs were actually lower than what was estimated. Overall the whole process went fairly smoothly and I will be using them again for a vacation home that my wife and I are looking to buy in the near future.

Great experience for a first time applicant, working with Celeste made things very easy an painless, (lots of paperwork, be aware of that), I spoke only once with Mr. Vatche, but was very simple and easy, obviously is going to be their way, ($), but is something that in the future you can work it out in different ways.
