if there is anyone out there getting ready to purchase a new home, i HIGHLY recommend using Cornerstone Home Lending as their lending company. i have worked with Vickie Frontiere on two homes now. between her and Michael Heldt, i couldnt have been happier. they have turned into friends. we are able to joke, yet still get things done. i have ALWAYS received an email back if emailing a question. i also get status updates as to the progress of my loan, and random check ins to see how my house was coming along during the offer process with the banks!!! i wish everyone could be so up front, kind, responsive, and dedicated as they are to my wife and i! Vickie and Michael, you guys are just too cool! thanks for all the help over the last two houses!!! i promise if we buy again, you will be our help along with our outstanding realtor Randy Kajiko! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this does not go without thanking the rest of the staff that has helped us as well!!! without the underwriters that reviewed, and everyone else, the loan would not have gone as smoothly as it did! LOCAL IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO, AND THEY ARE YOUR PEOPLE!!! great customer service guys!!!!!

Cornerstone was chosen by the seller to prequalify buyers for a previously foreclosed home that continually fell out of escrow. I was the first to prequalify and another buyer, with a higher offer, was the next to prequalify. Vicky was honest in keeping the order of prequalifications and presenting them to the seller. She was diligent, expedient, and most amicable. I have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending her service, and wish she could process financing for all my properties. Thanks so much Vicky!
