My husband and I used First Option Mortgage to buy our first home. Aaron Schwamberg was our loan officer. From the moment we walked through the door till even now weeks past closing Aaron has been amazing. He held our hands through the ups and downs of qualifying for our mortgage, and provided us with information and explanations of what was going on. We knew we could contact him at anytime. We cannot recommend First Option enough, especially Aaron. We will never use a different mortgage company, if we ever refi or purchase a new property it will all be through First Option!

I had a wonderful experience. Everything they said would happen, did. I am very pleased with the outcome. Interest was a couple points more than others but service and looking out for the best for me was greatly appreciated. I was up front with them and they looked out for me. they even lowered the interest rate near the end and locked it in. I have called with questions since the loan was set and they quickly answered and helped me out. I am very pleased with the local branch of First Option Mortgage.
