This company has been stealing money from people for years and is a fraud. Everyone who has dealt with this company should report it to the attorney general in their state and take whatever action they can against this terrible company. I have a record of a written cancelation letter sent to them and have tried to contact them by any all means possible and still, after years, they are continuing to refuse to cancel my account and to take money from the account initially set up with them. They never return phone calls or messages of any type. All of you who work for them should be ashamed. Please help stop these people from stealing more money from innocent people.

This company is a joke. I signed up for dental insurance over a month ago and have received ZERO information from them aside from bills, repeatedly, which I cannot pay because I do not have a member number. I have tried calling, using their automated line saving service takes them FIVE DAYS for them to call you back. So are you telling me I would have been on hold for FIVE DAYS? I have tried emailing the company, not a single response to three emails over three weeks time. This is insane. Management here does not seem to be a thing.

Am currently on hold for 1:16:15 seconds and I have not spoken to anyone. I have called four times and when I did use their call back system, I missed the call by 2 minutes because they ended up calling me back the next day at like 9 in the morning and I tried calling back, but I just went through the horrible cycle of waiting again. I just had a simple question regarding my plan and these people are making it difficult. Do not go with this company. They will not help you when you need it.

The concept is fine, but the execution leaves something to be desired. The dentist they referred me to was good and the prices for quick service on crowns were less than I could get by going direct, however, once I obtained insurance they made cancelling the service nearly impossible and extra expensive. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Extremely hard if not impossible getting ahold of someone if there is a problem. And there WILL be problems! Even if you choose to select the option for someone to call you back without losing your "place" in line... no one ever calls back!! I feel so helpless dealing with a company like this.

8 months in and the experience has been pretty negative. We have a pediatric plan, but pediatric dentistry is a specialty and requires a referral. You are assigned a dentist vs. selecting a dentist that accepts their insurance.
