Genuine enough guy but if you have a small case(100k value for my case) you wont speak with him at all(2 times in two years) and they dont really give a **** about you. They were dealing with my case since the day after i was hit by a drunk driver and it took them almost two years and at least 3 demands to get 28% of the value of the case . They submitted my demand wrong and didnt put much effort in at all. Thank God they dropped me because i refused to settle for an insulting offer even though they told me and begged me too settle on numerous occasions. When i found a lawyer within a week later after being dropped by Brylak the new lawyer literally got me 85% of my case value in under two months and i settled. Two months effort with a firm who gave a **** vs almost 2 yrs with a firm who could care less. Go with tracy fox law and tell this firm to go **** themselves.
