Becoming a client of Brian White was one of the best things I could’ve done after my car accident. Though my case was a difficult one, Brian stepped up to the challenge and was there for me every step of the way. For our very first meeting, Brian came to our home because it was difficult for me to get around at the time in my wheelchair. He was so kind, and reassuring that I knew he was the lawyer for me. Brian handled everything, while keeping me updated often. He just wanted me to focus on getting better. I definitely felt I had made the right decision. That decision was reaffirmed again when the insurance company of the other party initially rejected the claim, making an already overwhelming situation difficult. Brian was not deterred in the least, and worked his magic. He went above and beyond to fight the insurance company. Brian showed genuine concern for my health, and it was not just about the case. When my pain was still severe a year after the accident, he set me up with a doctor who discovered I had sustained additional injuries than what was initially found. If not for Brian, I would’ve thought that pain was just normal and nothing could be done. I am incredibly appreciative of both Brian’s work and his sincerity. I cannot imagine going through this process without Brian. His knowledge and guidance was invaluable. He showed the highest level of professionalism throughout this lengthy case, and any questions I had were immediately answered, which was really important to me. When the prospect of settlement arose, Brian walked me thorough the process, and helped me choose what was right for me and my case. Excellent result! I hired Brian after being in a very serious car wreck after a drunk driver hit me head on, pushing me into oncoming traffic. I was smashed from both directions. My medical bills piled up. My car was totaled. I missed work and was in a great deal of pain and had injures. Once i hired Brian, everything began to get under control and i was able to concentrate on healing. Brian and his staff handled everything and eventually sued the drunk driver. He developed very damaging evidence against the drunk driver and the insurance company paid what we wanted. All my medical bills have now been paid, all expenses accounted for, and Brian fought to get the maximum amount for my pocket to take care of any future issues that i may have.
