This was my first mortgage with Patty and her team at Georgetown Mortgage. I came to her with some major issues that had to be addressed prior to getting a loan. She was amazing. She went WAY above and beyond, explaining every aspect and then walked me through the process. She always had my back. I have had several mortgages over my life. Patty made the experience a pleasure. With all the new regulations, that says a great deal! Believe me, the regulations can be a challenge. This is the biggest investment that most of us ever make. It is paramount you have the best person in your corner. Patty Newby is the best...hands down. If you think this might be a review written by a friend, or family member I wanted to tell you one more thing. I have yet to meet her in person. We did everything over the phone and internet. She came highly recommended by my realtor and since I trust her implicitly I knew I was in good hands. She more than proved her reputation. Thank You Patty. I was referred to Patty through my realtor after being dissatisfied trying Quicken and Costco. All Quicken and Costco basically wanted was information and then gave you one option and that was what it was going to be. And they seemed to pressure you for an answer immediately. What a difference Patty was. She asked questions and gave me about 4 different options on which mortgage would be best for me. Very Personalized services. Her team was excellent to work with and explained everything very well and understandable. Patty and her team really helped keep my stress level down because getting a mortgage is very, very stressful. DO NOT USE GEORGETOWN unless you want a professional team that guides you seamlessly through the mortgage process with the lowest rates, discounts and results! Patty Newby and her team led us through the pre-approval process and when we found our home we closed in under 3 weeks. Patty offered solid advice and the avalanche of documents required for a mortgage these days were processed quickly and efficiently by Kelsie. We lived out of state, which could have been a problem for other companies, but Patty and Kelsie stayed in touch with us daily until closing. Highly recommend. (Patty also worked very closely with our great realtor Candi White of the Plano, TX Keller Williams DeBerry Team. They rocked!)
