If you like to waste your time on a finance company more interested in sitting and talking than actually getting you financed, then this is the place for you! I have done over 6 real estate transactions over the last 12 years. Never did I have to deal with a staff that talked around the cold hard facts and get offended with direct talk. After wasting my time with them for a few weeks, (Mostly from them not returning calls or providing me with replies as promised via email) They chose not to continue to work further due to their own emotional "feelings" when I asked for direct straight forward answers. I found their services very poor, lazy and overly emotional for cut and dry financial decisions. If you are a first time home buyer, you will just love them as they drag their feet, but hey, they will meet you and give you a warm fuzzy.

They explained everything in detail and i really appreciated that.They worked really fast for us to get the appraisal in time so we could move in asap. The communication is EXCELLENT! I really love that they send you the weekly email updating you on your home buying status. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking to purchase a home!!
