TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Our closing was scheduled for Friday, and on Thursday at 4:45 we get an EMAIL (not a call) saying basically "oops. We messed up. We have to move the closing to Monday." Then on Monday, as my husband and I are walking up to the closing attorneys office, we get an email (again, no phone call) saying they need additional information. THEN as we are singing the paperwork and going over the funds to be transferred, it turns out that we were given the wrong amount to bring to closing. I had to leave to go get a certified check. Once I returned, we got ANOTHER notification from SouthEast saying I needed an additional check for another amount. Our experience has been absolutely awful and we will never ever recommend them to anyone.

From our intial consultation to the closing Wharton was professional, easy to contact, and had everything done in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with Wharton knowledge and expertise.
