I rarely give reviews but truly felt like this one was deserved. I have been trying to tie up all my lose ends before purchasing a house and ran into a few medical bills that went into collections. After MONTHS of dealing with different credit agencies and bureaus I was frustrated, especially since they were all very old accounts. I checked one last time to make sure everything was handled on my credit report but then realized I missed one, RS Clark and Associates. By the time I called them it was the end of the day and I was emotionally exhausted but then a kind-voiced woman, Pamela Walpool, answered the phone. She was BY FAR the nicest, most understanding person I have spoke to in a long time!! Very professional and responsive. Have you ever had that one phone call during a really rough day with a complete stranger that made you feel in a better mood JUST because of their positive mood? Well, that was Pamela for me today! I seriously cannot thank you enough for making my experience with RS Clark and Associates the best it could possibly be!

"I Do Not Know These People!!!" I am a victum of identity theft! Easy to prove with the legal documentstion filed with the US Dept. of Justice... This company has had representstives calling me on my job threatening me, and calling me after 8 pm! I have even had multiple employees from this company threaten to come to my job and petsonally have the police remove me from work and they have threatened to call my supetvisors and have me fired! This is ILLEGAL! All of this has been witnessed. By Law...I have repeatedly informed them "Do Not Ever Call Me Again!", Yet after consulting with multiple sttorneys including a family member, who is a corporate attorney, their actions are NOT LEGAL! This company has very rude obnoxious people who threaten others...in my case most definitely not legally!!! I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Matthew can I call and ask for you Since the buck stops with you the only account manager I would love to speak with you. Ms hopkins told me she was the only manager flat out when I asked to speak to someone above her. Your post praising your company is from 5 months ago has your structuring changed. I can give you the date and time I spoke with her. Also the number I called from to best help you search out the call. Ms Hopkins a supposed manager is less than intelligent. She cant answer simple questions about their business practices. She apparently cant decide if her company is a collection agency or and I quote " merely a reporting agency" could of just been a simple yes no conversation. I thought that if I could fix the problem simply and she just made worse. Now I will bury you in paperwork.

Awful! These people just put you on hold and hope you will go away. Mrs. Hopkins is the worst customer service person I have ever experienced. I had a report made by them against my credit that was a mistake. It was brought to their attention in March and they corrected it but not until April 1st and then still have not reported the mistake to the credit bureau so it is still on my account. Even though the mistake was theirs, they have no interest in getting it cleared up before before May. In the mean time it is causing be all sorts of trouble with a home loan. When I asked for help in getting it expedited since they had been slow, she terminated the call. this was after putting me on hold for 25 minutes. AWFUL!!!!!!!

My experience with RS Clark & Associates was nothing but positive, and I really appreciate how quick they were to respond to my inquiries. I was able to obtain the information I needed to pay my debt in less than five minutes on the phone, and just now received a letter in the mail informing me that my debt is paid in full. They were considerate and attentive, and they made my first and only experience working with a debt collector less intimidating and frightening than I ever could have imagined it would be! A huge thanks to Mr. Andrews and all of those working at RS Clark & Associates!

Had a bad experience with Mrs Hopkins- I call to negotiate an out standing bill that i dint even know it existed until requested my credit report. i call the hospital were the bill original came from from and they referred me back to then rs clarks to negotiate the bill. I call to negotiate bu Mrs Hopkins just stop the negotiation by been rude.

Only had one glitch on my credit report, I spoke with RSA previously to get it resolved and totally forgot about the debt. Called and spoke with Ms. House today, she thoroughly explained my debt and was very kind. Got it resolved Had a great experience with RSA.
