Paid off a debt to the state IRS that was oustanding, an unknown. They apparently logged that there was a discrepancy in the balance and that it was under by $40. They also then stated that it was noted in the file that no follow up would occur. Flashforward 7.5 months later (now) and they just now tell us about this and demand payment. Not so much as a single apology has been given and all of the supervisory staff are surprisingly unavailable when it clearly states on the file that they never bothered to follow up with us on the outstanding balance after the initial $600+ payment was given. Any company who considers ethics a high priority should not go through this organization as they have proven that they have none.

They were not helpful in helping me resolve my debt from years ago. I never received any mail from this company and have now racked up hundreds of dollars in fees for some medical bills that should have been paid by insurance (if they were mine at all). Being low income single parent this is devastating. The employees are not evil. But the way the business is ran may be considered evil or greedy to say the least. Its sad the medical industry is ran the way it is. Health care is a human right!

Terrible company. Girl representing this company went into the courtroom after taking oath and LIED to the judge.She should have been arrested on the spot. I have NOT been contacted AT ALL BY THIS COMPANY prior to being served with a lawsuit on some very old and WRONGLY charged accounts. Theses people have no integrity. There is No limit as to the lengths they will go to. My god, it is extremely sad that people like this exist.

They went to court and filed a judgement against me . When I paid them in full in plenty of time. They cashed the check and then billed me for the same amount plus extra. They still have this incorrect information on my credit report and it ruins my credit. They only fixed it when I told them I was going to call the Springfield police dept. But my credit report still shows this incorrect information.

Contacted them and asked that they speed the process up by doing business VIA e-mail. They refused to do this citing confidential reasons. They use slow methods because it allows interest to accumulate over the time it takes for review. Also they do not like to have a written record VIA email on the accounts. This is a predatory business by nature.

I have asked for a statement numerous times and have not yet received one. Maybe the A.G. office would be helpful in prompting a response or even a change in practice, I am sure I am not alone and it seems rather dubious that a company that wants your money will not furnish a statement.

They have been very helpful for us! We usually manage to get someone that is pleasant to deal with. I do wish that they had an online payment system though. We are night people and therefore always having to call in our payments is a pain in the tush.

So horrible when people cannot afford medical bills and these people purposely make it worse by the way they report to credit bureaus. yes, i know they are my responsibility but do you have to ruin my life over it?

I paid off my bill and this company refused to report me in good standings on my credit report. When you pay it should be notated. This company goal is to hurt you whether you pay or not. So wrong!
