I am asking that the State of Texas Public and Private to no longer have access to my Public Records arbitration was filed years ago against Experian and The Attorney General has problems with Notarized Apostille Documents Authenticated and Validated in Foreign Countries. I have also filed complaints in the U.S. Federal district court in Tacoma along with my wife about Public Records complaints nothing ever got done or resolved

Do not sign up for the "dark web" monitoring service. When you do a check on the "free" service it tells you there are one or two instances of your email and passwords on the "dark web." But if you then sign up for the subscription service, the "dark web" check comes back with nothing! Then hold times for the phone number to cancel the subscription service are over 30 minutes!!!

I wish there was a way to give half of star. I applied for a Credit Freeze with Experian via certified mail over a week ago. I am trying to understand if it is place. I cannot find any notification using my on-line account. So...I thought I would call. I have been on hold now for 48 minutes. I was able to apply for credit freeze with Trans-Union online in less then 10 minutes!

Experian lies..Equifax and Transunion reported in 2016 i paid off a loan $6,413 .but experian reports that a car dealer paid off my loan..I have never give experian permission to collect my credit information I do not give experian permission to sell my information..experian sells my information without my consent..

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I have been trying to get them to refund the fees they charged me to freeze my credit. Their website says they will not charge fees if there was fraud. But good luck trying to get them to honor this. You cannot talk to a live person!

Do not sign up for any of the services this company offers!!!!!!!!!!! They will slam you with hidden fees that are nonrefundable and hidden in their terms of service where you will never find them. I agree with Thomas, this company deserves to be hit with class action suit.
