We were one of the very first customers that Bob & Joni had at FaithFull Friends Doggie Day Care on Algoma in Rockford, MI, when they first opened up over two years ago so you can imagine our shock when we happened to show up early to pick up our Bailey only to find him strapped in a SHOCK collar! Joni said she was trying to prevent him from barking-from barking? A dog, really? Not once were we ever told that he barked. Not once were we asked if they could put a shock collar on him. Not once were we ever even offered a training class on how to correct a behavior-that they advertise that they train for. We feel so completely betrayed. We wonder how long this animal abuse has been going on. They have very unconventional ways of training. They use a squirt bottle full of water and shut them off by in rooms by themselves. Before taking your dog here or continue to take your dog, PLEASE check and see how they are conducting their training and treating your beloved pet.

I filed a complaint against a Traverse City insurance agency that was calling multiple times a day for months - who I repeatedly asked not to call again, so they would anyway, an hour later. THEN, I filed a complaint against them with the Michigan Better Business Bureau who apparently shared my email information with them, and now they are marketing me by email. They must be hiring monkeys down there in Grand Rapids.

DK Security is one of the most unprofessional and unorganized company there is at least the Cadillac Place Site in Detroit, MI is.. The security liaison E.M. Who does not work for DK but he treats the DK Site Supervisor .like he is a servant.. Would not recommend this employer to anyone.. But if you do just have to work there you have my blessing.. Two thumbs down..negative five stars -5⭐️
