SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! BE ALERT!!!! We have received a letter from Stanislaus Credit Control Services, (collection Debt) first of all i have called for someone else and they did not ask to verify any information about the client im calling for, after the account information was open, they asked if we i have insurance, my answer was no they offered 50% off the entire bill .. i gladly agreed not knowing that this Collection debt is a scam! i called the hospital and they said they do not know or work with Stanislaus Credit Control Services Debt collector. and that i have zero balance due!!! BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I dont know why Im not giving them a 5, probably just because they want money... :) They were very friendly, answered promptly and when I stated I would pay it but I couldnt remember what it was for they reminded me of the exact charge to an old secondary doctor charge to an ER visit they followed it up with they would file to have it removed from my report as well as not being sent to collections at all since I wasnt aware of the charge. Overall, having to deal with credit collections can be a painful experience and these folks were just fine, courteous and prompt.

I reaaaaaaallly wanted to hate them, really bad. Come on! They are a collections agency... Lol but they were awesome. I had a hard time getting ahold of them at first. There is ONE number I could get someone on and I tried like 5 and left messages.. But once I got through to a person everyone was very nice, I let them know I paid via my banks bill pay.. They located the check and then took it off my credit report and send me a verification that I had requested it be removed. Had to do it on 2 separate occasions and both times were quick and easy!

The most UNPROFESSIONAL bussiness I have had contact with. NEVER answers or returns calls. The voice recorded message states "Elana" will call you back......NEVER does. The bussiness is a debt collector that has YOUR account in hostage and makes no attempt to call you back to resolve theISSUE. While debt collet or have MANY legal guidlines of what they "can" disclose....they HAVE A LEGAL obligation to resolve these issues. BBB rates them an "F" for prior and similar issues

I tried calling these people at least 6 times when i saw this on my credit dont have no idea why this was on my credit but no return calls at all...what collection agency doesnt want any money can i file a complaint?
