My experience was not good at all. I had been with Farmers for twenty years. Changed to State Farm to add an 18 yr old because they were cheaper. But then every month it went up until finally it was the same price then they dropped my insurance. I have never been dropped before but I think it had to do with the hail in Edmond because they totalled both cars. So I got new car to continue full coverage, I thought thats what they would want. Then they dropped me and now its a scramble to find someone and they want two months in advance now days. So State Farm sucked. This office in particular has horrible customer service as well.
