I have been with State Farm for 6 years now. I had a few questions and concerns about my policy. I called up Andy Charles and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I bought a house a few years ago, and he was able to get me covered on my home insurance. He lumped my auto and home insurance policies together and was able to save me some money. He did this without me trying to price out other options. He took the initiative. That to me is a great agent. If you are looking for an agent or a company to take care of you, I would recommend calling Andy Charles from State Farm.
