State Farm has been my insurance since I could drive and I have had a few claims over the years. My vehicle was recently totaled and I was working with the other drivers insurance since he was at fault. After 4 weeks of waiting for them to finalize the claim they said they could not pay the full amount. I called John, he processed me through State Farm and their claims division called me and called the other insurance within 30 min. Needless to say, after the help from State Farm the other insurance followed through and did the right thing within an hour. John and State Farm saved me a lot of further time and grief with the other company.

A Private User

I have had most of my Family in Insurance back east and have had Sate Farm since moving out to CO in 2000. Since John and Stacey have come into State Farm I have never had the service that I have received even with my own family back east. It is rare to find the type of service that can be offered with insurance. John and Stacey really make me wonder how other people manage w/o the help of great people that I have in my corner. They will have me as not just the client but a friend that I can trust in getting things done right!
