Mike always goes above and beyond as our insurance agent. He remembers details about our family and takes the time to find out what we are up to, always looking out for our best interests. My husband and I can trust Mike. He answers our questions quickly and always follows up. He translates much of the insurance jargon into lay terms and gives sound advice as well. On two separate claims, we were not clear on the process and Mike explained it so that we not only understood, but were relieved. He always makes a personal phone call to check up on us after any kind of claim or phone call we have made. He is an extremely busy man, but does not make you feel like you are taking up his time. I have never had an agent who personally did this. The staff at Mike Schmisek Insurance Agency, Inc. is always friendly, helpful and caring. It is nice to know that we are in good hands when it comes to our auto and home insurance. I highly recommend this agency. You will not regret it.
