Sean is Outstanding! We have had to call upon Sean and his office on a couple of occasions when my wife and I were involved in car accidents; thank goodness no one was injured. Like most American’s we depend heavily on our vehicles. My wife and I both have long commutes, and we have two small children whom we have to get to school and daycare. We cannot afford to be without our vehicles. As soon as we notified Sean of the situation his first concern was for our well being. He wanted to make sure that we were not injured. Again, thankfully no one was injured but our vehicles were not drivable. Sean and his office jumped into action, they held our hands all the way through the process and were always caring, compassionate, and efficient when addressing our questions and concerns. Sean treats like we’re family, we really couldn’t ask for more. For us, Sean is a friend first, and an insurance agent second. Thank you Sean for all that you do for us and continue to do for us! Sam and Hillary Kovatovich On a similar note. I’m a bit of a car nut, a fanatic. I was devastated when my vehicle was damaged. I felt that it would never be the same ever again. Sean really cares about the people he chooses to partner with as he knows that they are an extension of the product and service that he offers. Sean selects his partnerships very carefully and works hard to ensure that the repair shops he recommends not only do a good job, but are the best in their industry. The shop that he recommended did an outstanding job with the repair, and because Sean maintains such a great relationship with his partners, the repair was addressed in a very timely manner, I was always treated well, and I never felt as if any corners were cut in order to save someone a buck. I don’t think I would have been as fortunate had I been dealing with a lesser agent, at a lesser company. Sean is the best at what he does, if you want the best you don’t need to search any further.

I remember the very first day I met Sean. That was 13 years ago. Due to my advanced age I ventured to see him as my own son. We were at a breakfast networking meeting organized by the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. Sean, during his 30 seconds, introduced himself and his then nascent insurance agency. I was touched by his sincerity of motive to serve, well-trained mind, his genuine desire to assist people to save money in insurance premiums and his honesty in friendship and kindness. Before I left that room I was so convinced of him that I signed up as one of his clients and never regretted my decision. Sean has had been there for me and my family in times of grave need. On my part, although I am under much pressure to enroll in another insurance company to save a few bucks, I have made it clear to my entire family and friends (who are trying to get my insurance business) that I will never let go of Sean Overlock. After all, he is like unto my own son. I assure him my prayers for success in his business endeavors and I have made it my conscious desires to introduce Sean to all that I know and meet in my occupation. I know a several thousand people in town but I do not hesitate to tell anyone that Sean, is the most trustworthy person I know.

Wow! I was blown away by this guy. Very rarely do you meet someone with such a high level of integrity and genuine care. Firstly, his follow up was spot on, called when he said he would and was flexible in scheduling a meeting. Second, he said he was not there to sell me, but to provide some valuable information and education and he did just that. Never once did I feel pressure to buy, rather he asked questions that helped me make my own decisions. I had a ridiculous amount of questions and he took his time going over them with me and my wife. We never felt rushed. Whether or not you need auto insurance phoenix or any other kind of insurance in phoenix I would call this state farm agent. I’m a small business owner myself and after meeting with Sean I have experienced a new standard of customer service that I will replicate in my own business.
