Victoria Miller is by far the most unprofessional customer service representative I have ever spoken to in my entire life. She called me a liar because I was trying to explain to her that my doctors office sent the claim to the wrong provider, leaving me with a $3000 bill in collections. She said I was lying, and that I knew that they sent it to the correct provider. (Completely untrue) I have been on the phone for 3 hours trying to prove that the doctor that provided service submitted the claim incorrectly. I do not appreciate her, 1 calling me a liar, two putting words in my mouth, three refusing to give me another person to deal with , four not giving me the information of her superior. I understand that you want to collect money and this is your job, but that does not give you an excuse to be mean or condescending. Thankfully our calls are recorded and if you actually do read this I would hope that you would review the call and reprimand her. If she is indeed a superior and no one else is above her (as she claims) Then that is very unfortunate for your company. I have been in the customer service industry for 10 years and I would and have never treated anyone with disrespect. (Listen to the call)

I received a bill from South Miami Criticare in May for a hospital visit. Let me first say that the bill was incorrect from the start because Baptist Hospital switched my blood sample with that of another patient by mistake. I called to pay the bill immediately, and was told that my insurance covered everything except for $2.93. I wanted to pay these couple dollars with South Miami Criticare immediately over the phone or online so it would not go to collections - even though I only received the bill in May. They told me that I had to wait on the bill for $2.93. Instead, I received a notice from CIB. I have not been able to contact them because they do not answer phones or emails. Meanwhile, SOUTH MIAMI CRITICARE told me that the company was a fraudulent company!!!

These people are thieves! The rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. They call me about a bill from 2 years ago that 1) I never even received 2) Was settled in FULL. After confirming with the hospital and insurance that it was paid in full, this collection company says I still owe them money when I do not! And had the audacity to report it to the credit bureau! They say I still have to pay them, complete thieves.

I am going to say now that I know collections agencies are never going to have good reviews, but I just need to air the fact that this place is so awful that I called in to PAY off (in full) the debt I owed and they were so unprofessional and bad they will now not be getting a penny from me. Screw them. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would.

This company is full of uneducated, unprofessional, ghetto hoodrats who lie and conceal information in order to get you to pay. They DO NOT follow any fair debt collection practices act policies or regulations and you will never get information on who is really in charge of operations.

It is a collection agency. They follow the law and collect balances. They respect people and do the best they can to make you happy to pay a bill. It is not a faceless corporation. They are a locally owned historical location with wheelchair access and a very caring staff.

Deserves no stars. The rudest collection agency ever. Female representative with a name starting with A is the most deplorable agent I have ever spoken to in my life and hung up the phone. They refuse to mail anything in writing. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

No reply to inquiries for phantom accounts, no matter what you paid to real service providers, years later, they come up with same unpaid and over inflated amounts of debt, a fraudulent and scamming tactic. They should be investigated.
