Does not do anything; have been trying to get accredited with them for a year and a half now; takes 3-6 months to get a reply back. When you reply back to a complaint within a day or two; two weeks later they state they never received it; you forward them an original email and they still tell you they never got it. Fax it three times over and they state they never got it. You cannot win with them; because no matter how much work you will do on your end; they will do nothing. Useless waste of time and money.

The laziest people work for this BBB, I have tried to talk to the person working on my claim and all this person says is write me a letter it has to be in person. I did write this person and never got a response now thing have gotten worse and she still want a letter. How stupid is that. this location of the BBB is useless
