I bought a Kawasaki in 1988, I paid it off early in 1990 and got the pink slip, I sold the bike in 1993 with the pink slip or else the sale could not have gone through DMV. Unless the motorcycle was mine to sell,it could not be sold, the DMV demands proof before they allow someone to transfer a title! Now in 2016, 26 YEARS LATER ! This outfit contacts me saying I can get the $1,000+ owed cleared for just $149.99 !! I discovered that on old debts(legitimate ones) a collection agency can renew the statute of limitations on ancient cases if they receive any payment as this is seen as an admission of owing the debt ! I have told them ok, if I send you the $149.99 and you guys clear the alleged debt, can I get my pink slip from you guys, cause if I never paid the bike off that means that you people have it,or can get me the pink slip, right ? They admit they do not have the title and cannot furnish me one despite my paying the money owed! This should prove to them they are obviously mistaken in the attempt to collect on a 26 yr old debt! They know or should be able to figure it out after I demonstrated I had the title years ago by the fact they have no title nor can they get me the title if I fell for their highly unethical business practices, I have reported this 2 times and this shady company damages my credit rating without regard for what is right.

These people are assholes. I went to the hospital and asked them not to use a non provider or my insurance would not pay.They used a non provider and I was billed $1800 now they want to sue me and it will cost $2800.00 I offered to make payments based on my limited income but FCN wanted me to come up with more than I could come up with and make payments higher than I can afford. They refused to take a payment. Now they say they will take my money but will not stop proceedings against me. I did not put myself in this position rather the hospital put me in the position I am in. FINANCIAL CREDIT NETWORK is a piss poor company

Super rude and unprofessional! I called and asked for information and they refused to answer, only indicating the name of their company. I searched online to figure out they are predators to the elderly! They made unfounded threats and did not send any paperwork to clarify the reason for their calls. Beware of these low level scumbags, they have bad reviews for a reason. After I called once, they no longer picked up my calls! I wonder why?!

I found them to be very helpful. My call inquiry was quick, and informative. Their abrasive demeanor comes with the territory of being a collector, I get it. However the woman who assisted me was quite pleasant.

This is a SACM
