I totally recommend this bank! I was having the worst day trying to deal with a financial matter and was very impressed with the customer service that I received at this Carson City branch. The representative I dealt with, Kathryn T., listened to me and worked with her supervisor to find a solution that would work. I see that there are some negative reviews on here for this branch, but I want anyone who reads these to know that I was treated very well, enough to come on here and write a review...which I rarely do. Always great service. Financed several cars and a home through these guys. Always helpful, accurate, and easy to deal with, unlike my last bank, who were complete idiots and unhelpful all of the time. Love this bank.

Been waiting 45 minutes to open a new account and still have not been helped. This place seems very understaffed. If this is just a glimpse of what banking here is like I better save myself the time and leave now.
