not that impressed with the way transactions posted to my account. afcu decided to charge me overdraft fees when my account was not in the negative! i tried to speak to someone about this not system not posting correctly, "thats just the way it process" is what i get. wow, not impressed with their "processing" nor their customer service. i feel like id be better off at a bigger bank than with these people. not at all the level of service i expected.

Do NOT get an account here. I have multiple accounts here and until a year ago, they were always a great place to bank. Now, they have created a step system on fees and they charge you more for transfers from your accounts. The misleading part is that they advertised that they will not charge for checking. They made up for that by hiding their fees everywhere else.

We use the downtown branch, but it is a refreshing change from a bank. Banks make money through fees now, the Credit Union is there to serve its customers.

The wait time to get assistance from a teller isnt as long as going to the branch downtown or off McCain Blvd. The staff is always friendly.
