This bank is the worst Bank of America I have ever been too. They have the longest wait and barely ever help anyone get what they needed to get done. It takes me about an hour and a half to just to actually speak to a banker. HORRIBLE BANK. JUST HORRIBLE. NEVER GO HERE.

This bank of America is horrible. There were 4 free employees while I waited with my four family members in the car. They were just chatting it up while I say there staring at them. All I needed was a replacement card which can be done at the tellers desk.

Long wait times, unapologetic tellers, not just unapologetic, but rude. I have to come here since this is the bank my job uses, I’ll contact corporate and recommend a bank change.
