Two staff at a very small counter with a laptop, chatting. Two others at a counter further away, chatting. The first two just instructed me to wait for a video teller. Waited for quite awhile. Heard all three conversations with the video tellers. The video tellers were friendly. Maybe a bit too friendly to make up for the lack of actual face to face contact. Use it on Saturday or after normal business hours. The video teller idea is a fail during business hours. Read your reviews and change back. Also, this review process is a fail. It would not allow a Comcast email, only Google.

Used on several occasions if I wanted automatic service use the ATM. Hard to hear the technician and often I stand in line when people are making simple transactions takes me twice as long as used to at other branch to make deposit.

I have a business account with Rivermark- they are the greatest. Always helpful. When a thief stole my debit card number, their outside fraud investigator was on it within hours and I had no problem getting the charges reversed.
