DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH A TEN FOOT POLE!!! They steal money and I really mean STEAL your money. Before you go in you might want to ensure that you have counted all of your cash and not allow them to put it in their drawers prior to you agreeing to the amount after making them count it on the counter right in front of you. They miscount your money and then place it in the drawers prior to agreeing with you how much money you brought in. I count all of my money prior to bringing it in because I have caught them try to steal over $100.00 in cash before. I have had them count the money in the drawer and sure enough the cashier was wrong. If I had not counted my money they would have stolen it. That is huge to me. I dont know about you.

I have banked with Red Rocks for over 15 years. Admittedly their service quality has gone down in that time, but individual employees make great efforts to compensate for bad company policies. More and more I have used their online banking services which were very convenient. However, they have just had a major downgrade to their website and it is now nearly useless. Activities that used to take a few clicks are now buried or unusable. Their bill-pay, which used to be compact and easy to use, is now glitzed up and useless. Online complaints have yielded only canned responses. I am now looking for a new bank/credit union.

The website is very annoying. and they do not update your information. They repeatedly asked me many times for the "update of my address" but they never updated it 5 months ago! asked me every month for this issue... and i told them no once and they asked me why then i told them that i already WROTE it down on the paper before.. so every month its gone? then i have to re-write my "updated address"...its getting annoying.. I cant even get in my account and pay... wont let me. my account username is Deafmanmma... that doesnt even existed?!?! wow....

Most awful place to have a loan or do business of any kind I would never recommend this place to anyone. They try to get all they can from you every last penny. I have an auto loan with them and they are trying to say I owe other amounts and the amount I pay monthly is not applying to the interest or the car payment. BBB needs to shut these people down, I pay $431.00 a month and they keep finding excuses as to where my money is going. Very upset that my car payment is still at the amount where it initially started.

Exactly as John has stated. The website update was a miserable fail and is barely usable which means you have to call in for everything but they are too busy to answer on normal days and are closed on the weekends so how can anyone get anything done using this bank? That and there are a list of fees they charge where more than half of them are incredibly likely so definitely not worth banking with them if you have under $5,000. As soon as my loans are paid off I am probably going to be looking for a new bank.

If I could make it negative I would. Not sure how or why they have not been shut down!!! You make online payments over the amount they deny them, you send in multiple authorizations for auto payments and it never gets done. I cant believe what they are doing is legal. My online banking account has had issues for months, have called multiple times to ask for help with fixing it, every time they tell me it has been fixed when it has not and no one seems to have further answers on how to solve this. I have not been able to see my balances for months and cannot set up bill pay. Have been a customer for 10+ years, will be closing all of my accounts due to this.

I think a lot of the reviews posted are done so emotionally and hastily, and we all know how that goes. Are the web and app platforms perfect? No, but they have continued to improve upon them which shows they are willing to listen and amend deficiencies. I would understand if they were rude or unhelpful in solving issues but that has never been the case in my experience.

Easy to work with but when I initially put in my paperwork to start automatic payments, I was put under the impression that the extra $57.84 that I was paying would be going towards principle. Instead, that was going towards interest. Long story short, I paid Red Rocks Credit Union nearly an extra $1,400 to have a loan through them.

Poor, ineffective and inefficient customer service. Very frustrating to communicate with about basic banking information, if able to communicate at all (when contacting them via phone I was placed on hold repeatedly or sent back to a machine). I would highly recommend others to look elsewhere when considering a bank.

I have had a great experience with Red Rocks customer service! Over the year that I have had my auto loan and savings with them I have received prompt, accessible, friendly service from each representative I have interacted with and plan to continue banking there a long time!

If there was an option to choose zero stars, I would. They take 10 minutes just to pick up the phone. It goes downhill from there. Soon I will have my auto loan paid off and I will travel to their main branch to close my account in person.
