We had very particular loan requirements we had to meet for our FHA loan since we are self employed. Brady Peterson helped us walk through the mortgage process, helping us with income requirements, and made the process very smooth. We closed our loan in 2011. Unbeknownst to us, Tim Hawkes office then monitors the loans, the available refinancing options, interest rates, etc. and when something comes up that is beneficial to us, they then contact you about the options available. This happened for us in September 2012, when Brady was able to help us with a refinance option that lowered our interest rate and lowered our overall payment by about $70 a month with no closing costs. Great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of their lenders however, is slow, I had to extend my rate lock at least once and after it expired I lost my 3.25 rate, I ended up with a 3.5 which is still pretty good.
