I live in Texas, and needed my summer home in Woodland Parks furnace worked on in January. My service contract, could not find a company to drive up there to do the work. I called a company I previously used but they do not go up there any more, they did give me Genes Heating and Air number and recommended them highly. I called, and told her what the situation was. She was understanding and said she would see what she could do. She called me back within the hour and said one of her crew would be by the house around 4 p.m. that day. My neighbor, met with the workman and the service call was completed in a very short time. My furnace was repair that day. The workman was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend using this company and the crew that was at my home

Our heater was broken, blowing out cold air. The first place I called quoted me a $1000 bucks and charged me $175 just for coming out. I called Genes for a second opinion and he quoted me $451, half the amount as the other place. He went and got the part and was done within the hour. He also fixed some other stuff with it, like cleaned out the filter. The heater works great and he was super nice and professional. Definitely recommend them and if I have another issue, I will be using them.

I needed some flexible ductwork replaced in the 110 year old house we just purchased that had a really tight crawlspace. They sent out a great crew that did a great job with an all but impossible job, as the crawlspace was backfilled and there was no direct access to the other end of the duct run. A bit of creative thinking and they were able to get the job done, and I now have heat in the one room. Will not hesitate to call these guys again for support.

I have called on Gene for 15 years to repair or replace HVAC equipment at my home and office. He has always done a great job at a reasonable cost in a timely manner! I recommend him whenever friends or family need work on their furnaces or air-conditioning.
