I have only positive things to say about this company. Starting with the customer service, Itay was very helpful in trying to narrow down what the problem could possibly be with my AC unit. He came out the same day, changed my filters and fixed my problem and explained things along the way. He arrived on time and was quick. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends!

My heater died at the perfect time, in the cold.. I called around to have it fixed as soon as it happened. Comfort 1 gave me a reasonable rate and came out the next day! Our repair guy was able to have it running again within a few hours. No more cold nights! Thank you guys :)
