The Carolina Energy Conservation Team delivered in every aspect of my Solar Panel Electric Generation System The timing, the Business, the technical solution and service provided from the Installation team and every aspect in between came together from signing of the Contract to Commissioning in less than 30 Days. Tom walked me through the proposal and helped orchestrate the Project from beginning to end with the Business, taking care of permitting, Home Owners Approval process and the Green Sky Program. Every aspect of the business was straight forward and clear. The Value Proposition was clearly articulated making this an easy decision for my wife and I. Ricardo was the first team member to visit measuring and taking photos on the roof and in the attic to plan the installation. He explained every aspect of what he was doing. The rest of the team arrived early a few days later and each member introduced themselves to me and we shook hands and I watched them unload and organize their work. It was fun and interesting to follow. Ricardo Nevy, Eddie Galloway and Nico Bradley was on site for three days. From placing the time they place their ladder on my rear roof until we tested the system, they were professional and interesting to observe. Even though it was Nico’s first job his enthusiasm toward the work was appreciated. In addition to him learning to support the team, he also cleaned my gutters while he was on the roof. Ricardo is a great team leader and walked me through every aspect of what they were doing and why they were doing it. You could tell Eddie was a seasoned veteran, when his hammer touched the roof he was confident he knew where every trust was located. George the Electrician was also enjoyable and went right to work when he arrived. The work went fast and the planning and coordination with the City Inspector both for the rough and finished Inspection made for a fun filled week and educational. I enjoyed the test watching the meter spin in reverse. The Commissioning also went smooth and the meter has been spinning more in reverse than forward ever since. Thanks to everyone at Carolina Energy Conservation for being a part of my life for the next 30 some odd years. Every time I get an Electric Bill as close to zero in dollars that it can be, I will think and thank you guys.

From the minute my husband made the call to receive information to the end of installation, it was nothing but pure professionalism. We were told they would send a booklet with information along with the bio of the sales professional, Brian, who would visit. We received it within a couple of days. Brian came to our home and sat down with us & listened while we explained our situation. He asked additional questions and then proceeded with checking our home for energy leaks. Once he completed the assessment after he walked us thoroughly through the process, we made a game plan for our next step. We liked what we heard & set up an install date. They had an opening the next week and we booked it. Again they sent us the bio of the individuals who were coming. We really like this practice. Chris Arrowood & Michael Anderson notified us when they were on the road. When they arrived they greeted us & respected our home by immediately using shoe covers. We took them to the work location & Chris explained in detail what they would be doing. Both of them worked quickly while allowing us to peek at the process. After the 2 day job was completed, we immediately began feeling a difference. The quality of service along with the quality of work has so far been worth the money. We felt completely at ease when they were done. We highly recommend them.

The additional insulation was just completed in my upstairs by Carolina Energy Conservation. They have not been gone more than an hour, and it is amazing the difference it has made in cooling of my home. I am more than satisfied with the results or their work. The professionalism and dedication shown by this organization is beyond superior. It started with the initial visit by Matthew Cimo who spent 3 hours evaluating my problem, answering all my questions with patience and courtesy. With the results I have already seen, he hit the nail on the head. Next the installers, Chris Arrowood, Nico Bradley, Carter Adams, and Marcus Herron, their work ethics, courtesy and professionalism were beyond superior. These past 3 days have been exceptionally hot, but that did not stop them from working long, tiring days (1 day was 15 hours long) to get the job completed. No matter how hard and long they worked, they always cleaned up everyday before they left my home. I can not praise these individuals who were in my home enough for a job well done. I would highly recommend Carolina Energy Conservation to anyone needing their type of services. They made sure that I was well pleased with their work before they left and I am truly pleased. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Installed rooftop solar panels in a three day on-site project. Always arrived on-time, very courteous and always left the yard in better shape than when they arrived. My wife commented that they must really like each - they seemed to get along very well and work as team. Provided a morning check-in on what they expected to accomplish that day and an evening progress report with estimated arrival time the next morning. Even said when they were leaving for lunch. Tom also provided professional sales approach with pertinent information, what to expect and project follow-up. No pressure sales tactics and very helpful in explaining the process from beginning to end. Acted as "go-between" with the power company and my HOA saving me a lot of time and headaches. I did have a competitive quotation and discussion with another company that just did not "feel" right from the initial call. Given the same usage information they designed a much more costly array/system that would produce more than what I needed. Glad I selected Carolina Energy Conservation.

CEC was recommended to us by friends who live in Emmons Preserve. From start at the Home Show to finish at job completion, our experience with Carolina Energy Conservation was excellent. Brian Bane, Comfort Specialist, came to the house, inspected and thoroughly explained what we needed. The two installation techs, Ryan and Darren, did an outstanding job over the three day process of installing the radiant barrier. They were professional, neat and courteous. They communicated well, letting us know when they were arriving, explaining and showing their progress, and above all stayed on task to insure the installation was properly done in a timely manner. As a side note, they discovered a water leak near our chimney vent (fixed by our builder Pulte the next day), for which we are very grateful. We have nothing but the highest praise for these two young men, and for the overall professionalism of everyone we dealt with at CEC.

We had Carolina Energy Conservation install a 10KW solar system on our roof and to also encapsulate our crawlspace (this was a full encapsulation). So we worked with two different crews. I cannot say there were no issues but in the size of the jobs they were minuscule. From the signing of the paperwork to the completion of the job - it was all done very professionally. The workers WORKED, they were courteous and respectful our property. Any questions I asked they had the answers for. This work was done on our vacation home so they had to work around our schedule and they did without any issues. I would say that they even went out of their way to accommodate us in working with the local inspectors and electric company to speed things along. I would not hesitate to use them again for any of the services they provide.

On Wed. June 29, Jason Reynolds came out to our house in N. Myrtle Beach to conducted an energy audit and made some good recommendations. Jason was new to this market, but, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. After deciding which recommendations to do, we were scheduled for the work to be done the next day. The crew of Corey J and Marcus arrived promptly and worked until the work was done. They were very professional and told us exactly what they were going to do and approximately how lond=g it would take. They also took before and after pictures and cleaned up any debris that was left. We are VERY HAPPY with Jason and the crew and would recommend them to anyone. Foreman Ricardo, technicians Cody and Eddie installed solar panels on our home this week. These men were 3 of the most professional, polite and skilled specialists I have ever worked with. They showed up on time everyday, were extremely meticulous in every aspect of the job, and completely cleaned up the site each day. They should be commended for a job very well done. For anyone in the Bluffton SC area thinking about solar panels, I strongly suggest contacting Tom Ferraro at Carolina Energy Conservation and request this installation crew. I had some repairs that were needed to my systems including some tricky electrical grounding issues. My system was not installed by Carolina Energy Conservation but they treated me as if I was long time valued customer. Tom the PV expert sent out George Holman and Ricardo Nevy to complete the work. They came on time, finished the job as promised and I have been up and running ever since better than new! I would not hesitate to contact this group for energy advise, sales and sevice.
