My first contact was with owner Lamont Goldstein who made me feel Iike a long time valued customer. Our service technician was Austin Goldstein. Austin was polite and patient in addressing all my questions and concerns. He was confident and knowledgeable with replies and recommendations, prompt to inspect and render the problem and most importantly putting my mind at ease. The ladies in the office were GREAT when calling me back to confirm appointments and let me know that the technician could arrive early because he was ahead of schedual. I will NEVER use another plumbing company ever. They are fair priced and truly get the job done right. Thank you All American, your the best.

I called to just get a quote for a water heater installed. I was informed I had to pay a $29 fee for the technician to come out and inspect my existing one. After inspecting my water heater I was given a very high estimate. I asked to give me a break down of parts and labor but they were unable to do so. They also wanted to include a maintenance plan and when I asked to have it removed I was told it would end up costing me more!? Something about a 15% discount given on parts when including the maintenance plan but who knows how much just the parts are since they wouldn’t give me a break down. I called another plumber and got the job done for $300 cheaper than their lowest quoted price.

They are very responsive to your call and come in a reasonable amount of time. They are very attentive and pay close attention to detail. I can tell because they explain things so well to me about what went wrong and how I can prevent things from happening again.

They ripped me off. Took advantage of me cause i needed it done and they knew it. $466.00 to hook a 6 inch piece of pipe to the end of the garbage disposal and put a new basket drain on the other bowl of the sink. Thats all they DID!!! Then they wanted an additional 400. to install an new faucet! Thats when i said to go fly a kite. It took the guy about 1 hour to do the work with about 8. dollars in parts. I Will never use this guy again.

I made an appointment and THEY callked and canceled the appointment. I called back a few days later to reschedule, the appointment was set for 0900 on a Friday morning, at 0925 they called me to yell the plumber was going to be late and wont be there for another 30 to 45 minutes. Its awesome when you take time off of work to be there and they this. I jad to go to work and recieved no service. This place is a joke, use a differnt plumber.

Our basement flooded last month and there was over 2 inches of water in it due to a failed sump pump. We have used All American in the past but never in an emergency situation. They took care of it very quickly and came in time before we had a more serious mess on our hands.
