Here at the Interfaith Food Pantry, a non-profit food pantry located in Morris County, we give out about 18,000 pounds of food a week to Morris County residents in need. Last year alone, we gave out over 1 Million pounds of food. Any money that needs to be spent on plumbing, electric, etc. comes directly out of the food budget. Pipe Works Services cares about their community and immediately stepped forward to yet again donate services. As always, Pipe Works came out right away, thoroughly explained the current issue and what caused it, professionally repaired the problem, and left the area nice and clean. Pipe Works has the complete package, friendly voices answering the phones, a great support staff to ensure quality service, and fantastic technicians that make you feel comfortable and glad you chose them to do the job. I can’t thank Pipe Works enough for their great service, and also for donating the work, in turn helping us make sure we can use every dollar to provide food for those that would otherwise be without.

Thank you, Paul for hiring the best of the best! Our latest experience with PipeWorks began with a busted sewage pipe as we were headed out of town! YIKES! This was a project that should have been a two-day job, but our site conditions had Jonny, Nick and Malik here fixing our nightmare for many days beyond that. They were over-the-top diligent, doggedly pursuant, professional, courteous…as all PipeWorks team members have always been. Paul, as you know since you stopped by (even cancelling a trip!) that this was an especially difficult project. Frankly, if I were on the job I would have high-tailed it out of there toute suite; but NOT your team--they proficiently rectified our headache, keeping us posted long-distance. PipeWorks is the best! Special shout out to Rich and Trish!

New central AC install: Mike C visited our house 2 times and patiently examined the structure, listened to our input, and gave recommendations to help develop the best configuration for our particular install. Our needs and requests were communicated to the installation crew thoroughly, and once on site, they followed through and made sure everything was going according to plan. Kevin J, Kevin R, and Chris were courteous, respectful of our house, and professional. Communication throughout the installation was excellent, and they took extra steps to ensure we were completely satisfied. An organization like this makes doing business a pleasure and we are happy with the installation and end result.

We just had our central air conditioning system checked over, a system we really had not done anything to for over a decade or more. Zach Langowski was the technician who did the review and found several problems including a terrible build-up of dust and mold that had to be attended to. To make a long story short, we were extremely pleased with the work that Zach and Pipeworks did. His was very helpful in carefully explaining what was needed. He showed us photos of the problem areas in the attic unit that needed work and proceded to install the appropriate corrective equipment. Zach was always helpful and extremely courteous and overall did a terrific job.

I have used Pipeworks for many years for various plumbing issues in my 56 year old home. One of my favorite things about Pipeworks is how professionally each call is handled by a live, knowledgeable receptionist, and how quickly they can schedule service. Most recently, we had Tadeo come out to give our 15 year old main floor toilet a long overdue tune-up. Tadeo could not have been more professional, and clearly explained each part that required replacement and why. He also executed the job quickly, to enable me to get on with my day. Whenever I am asked for my recommendation for a local plumber, I recommend Pipeworks.

We hired PipeWorks to do a trenchless water line replacement into our house, and could not have been happier with the outcome and service. Nick, Johnny, Ramon, Ray, Gio & Mario all did fantastic work making sure everything worked properly, and gave such attention to detail as to even take pictures of paver stones that needed to be moved and then reset to the original pattern. The crew even stayed until early morning hours (after arriving at 8 AM) when we needed assistance from the town water company. They were all very professional, hard working, clean and amazing. Would highly recommend them!

I arrived at my business one cold morning last winter to find that heater was broken. We are a tutoring and learning center -- catering to school-age children, and needed to get the place warm for after school sessions. Within an hour, Pipeworks was on-site, diagnosed the problem, and then traveled 60 miles to get a replacement part and installed in time for our students. Very professional, nice people. I highly recommend.

Pipeworks worked with our schedule to come out very quickly to clean out a tricky roof drain. I was so glad to find them since not all plumbing contractors are able to clean out roof drains, and was even more pleased after the work was completed. The technician, Pablo, explained everything very carefully, did a good and clean job, and the price was very fair. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I used pipe works to fix my central AC unit. My tech was able to diagnose my problem almost immediately and had it ready to go in just a couple hours. Their help in the front office was great too... consistently communicating with me until the job was complete and following up with me after it was finished. They were also very prompt... fixing my unit in under 24 hours from when I initially called them.

Their technician (Mario Chamoun) was extremely professional and courteous. Another company had told me that the clog could only be cleared by tearing out the cement in my basement and replacing the line, they estimated $10,000 - $18,000 for it. Mario did not give up till he cleared the clog and even cleaned up the mess that the first company left! 5 stars all the way.

Had a plumbing emergency at 1 in the morning, tried to call another place multiple times to no avail, tied calling here ONCE and they had someone call me back in 5 minutes who was able to get a plumber within half an hour. Plumber was able to fix the issue and even had a part I needed in the truck and was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

Tadeo was friendly, courteous, and skilled. He installed my faucet which was old and rusted quickly and efficiently. Noticing my garbage disposal leaking, he helped me decide to go ahead and fix it. Dealing with a backed up sewage pipe is never a fun experience. However, Zach and Jimmy were courteous, neat, knowledgeable and professional. They came out for a late evening service call and stayed until the job was complete and finished well after midnight. Kudos to a job very well done!

Totally unconcerned with resolving the Mitsubishi A/C problem we have. Offered to run a "pressure test" for $900 on a $1200 unit. Unscrupulous repairman with a laissez-faire attitude towards the 1 yr old air conditioner servicing. Avoid this service center!!
