Michael, Manny, and their Atticrawl crew were awesome. Michael initially came to our house to assess both the crawlspace and the attic, and was there for about an hour all said. He was very thorough in inspecting and explaining, took pics and video to show me as well. He is also quick to get back to you on the phone/text. In our case, my wife and I just bought a house, and the attic had 2 kinds of old insulation, blown and roll. A real mess. 2 days later, Manny and crew came out to the house, worked from around 9:30 am till about 5-5:30, and didn’t take any breaks. They had to vacuum ALL of the old insulation out before they could put in theirs. But before they did that, they fenced in and closed off holes since we had 3 long since dead snakes and 1 dead mouse in the attic, along with their waste. In the crawlspace, they also vacuumed as well as mortar’d up holes before putting in insulation. They taped up sections of our house like it was an episode of Dexter too for good measure. They service NJ & PA, and drove 2 hrs to and from to work, and looked like they didn’t bring any food, so I gave them what I could (water and bananas). It’s grueling work, and they worked hard, so treat them like humans, people. At the end of the day, Michael also came out to inspect. A pretty well oiled machine, and done in a day. These guys were super pleasant, respectful, and personable. I work from home, and they went out of their way to not bother me, which they totally could have. :D I’d be shocked if anybody had an unpleasant experience with them. The company is also well reviewed, and well reviewed on the Better Business Bureau site, fyi. If I could make one suggestion to the company, it’d be that they buy knee/elbow pads for their guys. Ok, this is now starting to read like a kid who didn’t do his summer reading for his book report, so this is where I sign off!

From my first call to Atticrawl I was helped and all my questions were answered. The lady on the phone went out of her way to make everything easy for me, scheduling the initial inspection. On the day of the inspection the technician called to let me know he was on his way which I really appreciated. He spent about 10 minutes doing the inspection then he showed me pictures and told me about what he found. Nothing knew since I had a rodent problem for over 5 years, luckily I found ATTICRAWL. After discussing a plan and compromising in a price, the job was scheduled for the next day. Ismael came out with his crew the day of the job, It took them about 7 hours to remove my old insulation, block all possible entry points, sanitizing my attic and blown in new insulation. Cant be happier. The whole team was professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I was pleased to find that my house feels very quiet now from the thick layer of insulation. Atticrawl definitely know what their doing. I will be sure to tell my friends about the great job they did.

Our experience with Atticrawl has been very positive. Mike came to the house, took his time inspecting and evaluating the issues we raised, asked excellent questions, sought our input and was thorough and professional. Mike was sensitive to price, while also being clear on what needed to be done and what could be done at that price. The crew, led by Hector, were at the house two days later and they were excellent as well. Hector made sure to update me from time to time with status, solicit questions, show work progress and make sure that we were satisfied with the services being performed. He and his team were professional, courteous and thorough. If I had to identify one minor challenge, I would say there were some technology glitches in the ordering and payment process, but things that would be easy to correct, not to mention that Mike, Hector and the Atticrawl back office were quick to find workarounds to make things work smoothly. I think the service provided at the price charged is a great value. I would have no problem recommending Mike, Hector and Atticrawl.

Atticrawl did a great job on our attic. We had heard "critters" in our ceiling. They came in, did some checking, and found evidence of mice. They thoroughly investigated various areas inside and outside the house, and gave us a detailed, itemized estimate of the work they would do and the costs. The prices were reasonable. They came back (it was easy to arrange the day/time) and removed the old attic insulation (the 1965 original stuff) and mouse droppings, cleaned and sanitized the space, filled any small openings the mice were using, and blew in new insulation. They paused periodically to show us the work in progress. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up. They were punctual, took care to keep the area clean, and were always polite and professional. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them as well.

I have had issues with mice in the crawlspace of an addition to my house. I saw an ad for Atticrawl and called to receive a quote. Mike came out and inspected the area and showed me possible points of entry and explained what worked would be performed. He even took a look at my basement and found some other possible entry points. Hector and his crew came out on the scheduled date and went to work immediately. He showed me the work in-progress and noted where they sealed up areas with gaps. He also addressed the issues Mike found in the basement. I am highly satisfied with the work done. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable for the amount of worked needed. I highly suggest Atticrawl for their services and am hopeful that the mouse issues will now be resolved!

I called Atticrawl to come down to inspect my attic. Mike called me half hour before he arrived, and he arrived on time. I had a large infestation in my attic. I did have another company come by to inspect my attic and I did not feel that they nearly had the same professional knowledge that Mike had regarding the issue. I trusted that I was in good hands with Mike, and he gave me peace of mind after this whole infestation experience! Not only that, but he also quoted me a more reasonable price than that other company had quoted me! For the price I had paid, and the amount of work that Atticrawl had done, I would 100% recommend this company to anyone experiencing infestation issues.

Atticrawl have done an excellent job of cleaning my attic and crawlspace. They removed the old insulation and sanitized the area. They also sealed all the holes and air leaks. Excellent work on installing new insulation, great team starting with Herman who did the first inspection and Marlon who led the job. These guys worked hard and did the entire job in a single day which lasted about 10 hours. They are very patient and responsive to your needs. They are the best in terms of price( I had other quotes as well for the same job and they beat them) Overall excellent work quality and they got the job done the right way!

Mike came down to perform an inspection in my attic. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He spent over an hour doing a detailed inspection of the interior and exterior of home. He addressed all of our questions. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment to have our old inefficient insulation removed and re-insulated. I feel the difference in temperature in my home already. Marlon and the crew worked from early morning to get the attic cleaned and sanitized etc.. Me and my wife finally have the peace of mind knowing our attic is SPOTLESS and insulated well . from the start they were very professional, they took pictures so i can file a claim with my insurance. they were available to do the job as soon as we were ready. they kept everything clean and for the removal of all the insulation they never walked thru my house, they used a ladder to the window to keep the dust and dirt contained. during the work they allowed me to inspect. they took pictures during the job so we can see where the animals were coming into the house and what they did to stop them. My attic looks clean and look forward to a winter without animals and a warm one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the crew that insulated our attic and crawlspace. The crew was meticulous in making sure that the least amount of dirt was tracked into the house and were conscientious in leaving things in good condition. Inspite of a mishap with the ceiling crumbling in one area due to previous water damage the crew was willing to stay until it was repaired and everything was up to our satisfaction. First of all i want to say that Ben, the technician who came out to do the initial inspection was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about getting my attic insulation removed and replaced. He made me very confident to go with their company, and the price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we got so we scheduled the job. Marlon, the crew leader was very neat and professional, he covered everything in plastic and kept me updated throughout the job showing me pictures of everything. These guys are great at what they do.

The estimate process was simple and informative, and they carried out the work exactly as it had been described by German . The men were carefully and safely dressed, they protected every pathway and my furniture; they worked quickly and I was able to check the progress. Atticrawl did a great job cleaning and rodent proofing my crawl space. I had a possum in there in the past and it was a real mess down there. All the insulation was torn up and there was feces everywhere. Ricardo and his crew worked all day cleaning out all the old insulation, Sanitizing it and sealing up all the entry points before they put down new insulation . Kudos to these guys that do the job that job that nobody wants to do. Thanks atticrawl!
